Goal 1:

Motivate conference attendees to take the initiative to be leaders and create and accomplish their chapter’s goals either before, during, or after their student membership at their academic institutions.

 

Goal 2:

Develop and strengthen the relationships between the SHPE familia of each chapter: the Junior, Student, and Professional Chapters, relationships that extend into the community.

 

Goal 3:

Continue a chapter’s successes through workshops stressing effective executive board transitions and cataloging a chapter’s doings.

 

Goal 4:

Showcase the attendees’ attributes and influence within a professional setting, encouraging a sense of pride in being a representative of SHPE.
